North Country Transitional Living Services, Inc. (NCTLS) was established in 1977 to assist individuals recovering from mental illness to live independent, productive lives. The agency provides services in Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Oswego, and St. Lawrence Counties in upstate New York.

NCTLS is a private not-for-profit agency certified by the New York State Office of Mental Health. With over thirty years of service to the community, NCTLS has expanded to offer a variety of services for adults, children, and their families.
