Eating Disorders Case Management
Transitional Living Services of Northern New York provides Case Management Services for children and adults with eating disorders in Jefferson, Lewis and St. Lawrence Counties. Telephone referrals and support are provided for residents of Oswego County. These services are provided by a coalition of local agencies, including Samaritan Medical Center and Galisano Children’s Hospital in Rochester. This coalition is part of the Western New York Comprehensive Care Center for Eating Disorders (WNYCCCED). Referrals can be made by calling the Eating Disorders Case Manager at 315-782-1777 ext. 34. |
