North Country Transitional Living Services, Inc. (NCTLS) is a human service agency that employs over 90 people in Jefferson, Lewis, Herkimer and St. Lawrence counties. Quality services have been provided to the mental health population for over 30 years by NCTLS. A wide range of positions are available in a variety of care levels and settings for children and adults.

This agency offers full-time positions and relief/as needed positions.
