Apartment Program Manager for Adult Services
This position supervises twenty (20) apartments located in the Watertown area and works closely with the appropriate apartment staff to ensure effective delivery of services to 33 clients.
Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure documentation conforms to guidelines set forth to secure Medicaid Billing, maintain staff schedules, provide assistance in times of crisis at the apartment sites, provide staff backup when needed, coordinate staff orientation, development, on going training, reviews and maintains all records for the apartments. Maintains Agency policies and procedures, assists in reviewing, evaluating, and developing existing program services, regularly reviews physical condition of the apartments and reports maintenance issues to the Director of Adult Services and the Maintenance department, responsible for Agency on call system on a scheduled basis, assists in statistical reporting as required, collects program fees, assists with intake and discharge referral and screening process, oversees inventory and purchases of household supplies, and maintains the safety program. Salary range starts at $35,000 and is commensurate with experience.
Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Mental Health or Human Services field: and one (1) to two (2) years related experience and/or training OR a Bachelor’s degree in Mental Health or Human Service field and three (3) to four (4) years related experience and/or training. Prior supervisory experience preferred but not required.

Relief Residential Support Staff: Opportunity to acquire experience in the mental health field. As needed positions available in our adult programs in Watertown, Clayton and Gouverneur and our adolescent program in Watertown. Candidates will be expected to cross train in both adults and children’s programs. High School diploma or GED required. Associates degree and experience in Human Services preferred. $10.00/hr.Shifts may require weekends and overnights. Valid NYS Driver’s License required.
