Apartment Case Manager

Full Time position providing case management services to adults with mental illness in a therapeutic environment. Position requires candidate to posses an Associate’s degree in a Human Services field. High school diploma or GED and four years experience working with mentally ill population will be considered. Min $12.00/hr, commensurate with experience and background. Health insurance and benefits available. Valid NYS Driver’s License required.

Individualized Care Coordinator

Full Time position working with emotionally disturbed children and their families in Lewis County. This position works out of our satellite office located in Lowville, NY. Requirements: Master’s Degree in Human Services (social work, psychology, nursing, rehabilitation, education, sociology, community mental health, counseling, child and family studies, audiology, communication disorders, recreation, recreation therapy, speech and language pathology, human development, criminal justice or human services) and two years experience providing direct services to children with emotional disturbances to include linking and referrals to services or a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the above fields plus four years of experience providing direct services to children with serious emotional disturbance. Min $36,000/annually, commensurate with experience and background. Health insurance and benefits available. Valid NYS Driver’s License required.
