This program provides opportunities to individuals recovering from a mental illness to secure a stable living environment. Case management services are provided on a limited basis to assist individuals in independent community living skills and resource management. Additionally, recipients receive rent subsidies, startup costs such as furnishing expenses and security deposits. These services are for people living in Jefferson County and who meet specific criteria.
